Ski some of America's finest resorts in the same week with the Colorado area pass

Unbeknownst to many in the UK, the Colorado ski resorts of Beaver Creek, Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin are all within easy driving distance of one another, strung out along Interstate 70, which also links you to Denver airport.  In addition, they are also all covered by the same ski pass!  Consequently, our philosophy is to make the most of this geographical convenience by hiring a car and skiing them all in a week or two's stay.

There is also up-market Aspen, which is a too far really to combine with the other resorts - however there are four mountains here to ski!

Where you choose to base yourself is entirely up to you and depends on the level and style of accommodation that you prefer, plus which resorts you are most keen to ski at.  There is a separate page for each resort which can be accessed by clicking the map above.  Each page will provide you with full information on the individual resort and its ski area. Skiing in the States

Skiing holidays in the United States of America have a very different feel to skiing in Europe.  The American ski resorts (particularly in Colorado) are at very high altitudes, where the air is thin and dry, ensuring vast amounts of light, fluffy snow to ski on (or in, as is normally the case).  We love it.

Slopeside catering is mostly of a different standard to European resorts - viewed more as a refuelling stop than a gourmet experience (although there are a couple of exceptions).  And anyway, with snow this good, you won't want to stop for long!
