Skiing Holidays in Keystone
THE SKI AREA
Click on the map above for a larger version
Keystone is best summed up as a collection of sharp peaks offering steep cruising and some excellent off piste possibilities if you venture a little further from the beaten trail - especially on their famed Snowcat excursions.
A unique feature of Keystone is their propensity for night skiing: on several evenings every week about a quarter of the resort is lit-up to enable skiing to continue long after the sun has set.
THE RESORT
Keystone is primarily a resort of condominiums. This means that the town itself is quite quiet as most Keystone skiers seem to be families who choose to spend their evenings dining in their apartments. Nevertheless there is a small cluster of bars and restaurants in the centre of the village. ![]() |
GETTING THERE
The best airport for Keystone is Denver to where we can arrange direct flights for you with British Airways or other US carriers.
From Denver Airport it is an hour and a half to Keystone, 90% of which is on Freeways. We can arrange a (4WD) hire vehicle for you to make the trip yourself and give you easy access to the other Colorado resorts. Or we can provide a Chauffeured mini-van for you: either exclusively for your party or book you onto one of the frequent scheduled trips.
